These Terms and Conditions constitute an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
By registering for and using the PrintFloww SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
PrintFloww provides a platform for cyber cafes and print shops in India to offer self-service printing to their customers. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws in India.
Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, PrintFloww acts as an "Intermediary" and purely as a conduit for document transfer. We do not initiate, select the receiver, or modify the information contained in the transmission. Shop owners are solely responsible for ensuring that the content printed at their premises complies with the law. Users are strictly prohibited from printing materials that are defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise unlawful under Indian laws.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys associated with your PrintFloww account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
