This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
We act as a Data Fiduciary regarding the cyber cafe owners ("Shop Owners") and collect the following personal data: name, business name, email address, phone number, and physical address. For end-customers ("Data Principals") using the service to print documents, we collect the uploaded files strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the print request.
We process personal data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the PrintFloww service. Your contact details are used for service communications, authentication, and compliance with Indian law enforcement requests if legally mandated. End-customer documents are processed solely to facilitate the technical transfer to the physical printer.
We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under Indian law to protect your data. End-customer documents are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the print job is completed or fails. We do not retain copies of printed documents. Shop Owner data is retained only as long as the account remains active or as required by Indian law.
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, as well as the right to grievance redressal. To exercise these rights or withdraw consent for data processing, please contact our Grievance Officer.
